Proximity and wanted to experience a hospital setting

I lived in a nearby neighborhood and rode the bus. Parking at the hospital is around $15/day. There is not street parking nearby.
Describe types of conditions or diagnoses, as well as age ranges exposed to during this fieldwork.
I was mainly on the orthopedic wing and the cardiac floors. Diagnoses ranged from hip/knee replacements and spine surgeries, to CHF, pulmonary embolism, cancer, renal failure, cellulitis, etc.
What types of assessments and interventions were used?
Assessments: KELS, MMT
Interventions: toileting, lower body dressing with adaptive equipment, shower/tub transfers, car transfers
What are your thoughts on the site's environment for the employees and students? (Please consider: organization, collaboration, mentoring, learning opportunities)
Very good FW site for students. Supportive staff and lots of opportunities to see different areas.
Please comment on personality traits and/or preparation that would facilitate success at this site.
Be prepared to work 10 hour days, see approx. 12 pts per day, and be independent.
