My CI was very flexible and never assigned unnecessary work. everything i had to do was beneficial for my learning. i had to make short session plans the first few weeks and then they were optional, so it accommodates different clinicians styles of approaching sessions. got great experience with all populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as NICU.
